Kris Miller MS, PA –

Kris Miller was born in Corvallis, Oregon and raised in the Portland area. He has attended Oregon Health Scicences University School of Nursing where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. While at the University of Utah, he earned a Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant studies. He has been in practice as a Dermatology Physician Assistant since 2001 with Cascade Dermatology in Eugene, Oregon.

Troy Richey MD –

Dr. Troy Richey received his M.D. degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine graduating with honors.

He then completed his internship at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, which was followed by a two year commitment as a General Practitioner in the U.S. Army in Germany.

His Dermatology Residency was done at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado. After finishing his training, Dr. Richey then returned to Germany, this time as a Staff Dermatologist at Landstuhl Army Regional Medical Center for two years. In 1997, he moved to Eugene to begin his current private practice work.
